Svaka ko\u0161arka\u0161ka vje\u0161tina se usvaja velikim brojem ponavljanja, ali to je neizvodljivo na ekipnim treninzima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prvom treningu se treba baviti testiranjem i procjenom nivoa ko\u0161arka\u0161kiih vje\u0161tina pojedinca i pomo\u0107u te projcene odrediti zadatke i ciljeve koje treba ispuniti kroz treninge da bi igra\u010d vidno napredovao. Kada odredimo nivo ve\u0161tina, treninge prilago\u0111avamo tome i veliki dio vremena posvje\u0107ujemo oblastima koje zahtijevaju pobolj\u0161anje. Tokom svakog treninga treba upotrebljavati metode koje nagla\u0161avaju zna\u010daj uskla\u0111enosti \u00a0rada nogu i ravnote\u017ee, kao temelj uspjeha za razvoj\u00a0 ko\u0161arka\u0161kih \u00a0vje\u0161tina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obuka se sastoji iz vi\u0161e \u00a0nivoa. Svaki nivo podrazumijeva progresivne vje\u0161tine koje izazivaju uklju\u010divanje rada nogu i balansa, kondiciju, ko\u0161arka\u0161ki IQ, mentalnu \u010dvrstinu i ukupan razvoj ko\u0161arka\u0161kih vje\u0161tina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igra\u010di koji ispune zadate ciljeve i stignu do prethodno definisanog nivoa ve\u0161tine, prelaze na slede\u0107i (napredniji) nivo. Igra\u010di moragu da vje\u017ebaju kako na treningu tako i van treninga i da zadate ciljeve shvate kao izazov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zna\u010daj individualnog rada u ko\u0161arci se ogleda u rezultatima koje posti\u017ee igra\u010d.
