stopala radi se stepenovanje deformiteta pomo\u0107u radiografije stopala. Cijeni se ugao koji zaklapa uzdu\u017ena osa talusa i prve metatarzalne kosti.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-855195b\" data-block-id=\"855195b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Normalno ove dvije ose su na istoj liniji. Deformiteti mogu biti uro\u0111eni i ste\u010deni. Uro\u0111eni deformiteti stopala se dijagnostikuju neposredno nakog ro\u0111enja i to su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pes eqinovarus (PEV &#8211; bangavo, zgr\u010deno stopalo), pes cavus (izdubljeno stopalo), pes calcaneovalgus (udi\u010dasto stopalo), talus verticalus itd; odnosno anomalije koje uklju\u010duju vi\u0161ak ili nedostatak prstiju, odnosno djelova stopala, kao i nejednakost donjih ekstremiteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d40a2f3\" data-block-id=\"d40a2f3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Tre\u0107u klini\u010dku grupu \u010dine pacijenti sa promjenama na stopalima koje su posledica sistemskih oboljenja, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e dijabeta kod kog postoji opasnost da zbog neuropatije do\u0111e do nastanka plantarnih ulkusa, i reumatoidnog artrita kod koga progresivno nastaju deformiteti stopala sa nagla\u0161enim promjenama ta\u010daka optere\u0107enja na stopalima.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-af0d054\" data-block-id=\"af0d054\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u010cetvrtu klini\u010dku grupu \u010dine pacijenti koji su pretrpjeli povredu stopala ili sko\u010dnog zgloba \u0161to je dovelo do njihove deformacije, a samim tim i do promjene plantarne statike i dinamike.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-cdeb3ef\" data-block-id=\"cdeb3ef\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Petu grupu \u010dine aktivni i profesionalni sportisti kod kojih prekomjerni napori dovode do u\u010destalih ozleda stopala i sko\u010dnog zgloba i kojima je potreban idealan mediator izme\u0111u tabana i podloge za postizanje vrhunskih rezultata. Oni su vrhunskog kvaliteta i va\u017ee za najkvalitetnije ulo\u0161ke koje moderna ortopedija \u010dini dostupnim \u0161iroj javnosti. Efekat ulo\u017eaka je najve\u0107i kod djece, jer se de\u010dije stopalo razvija do zavr\u0161etka rasta i u tom periodu ulo\u0161ci mogu da uti\u010du i na ko\u0161tane elemente i na mekotkivne strukture.
