Stoga se name\u0107e pitanje, zbog \u010dega je va\u017eno optimalno anga\u017eovanje muskulature u svakodnevnim i trena\u017enim aktivnostima?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"position:relative; width:100%; height:0px; padding-bottom:56.250%\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen height=\"100%\" src=\"https:\/\/streamable.com\/e\/sbwk4u?\" width=\"100%\" style=\"border:none; width:100%; height:100%; position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; overflow:hidden;\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0fd8be9\" data-block-id=\"0fd8be9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Prvo, ovakvo stanje garantuje svakodnevni uspravan stav du\u017ei vremenski period bez naru\u0161avanja mi\u0161i\u0107ne ravnote\u017ee;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f7cd6c8\" data-block-id=\"f7cd6c8\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Drugo, naru\u0161avanjem optimalne posture nastaje specifi\u010dan mi\u0161i\u0107ni disbalans koji pored neadekvatnog i nefunkcionalnog anga\u017eovanja muskulature negativno uti\u010de na optere\u0107enje zglobova i zglobnih povr\u0161ina pri \u010demu je \u010ditava struktura zglobnog sistema ugro\u017eena.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bb35c46\" data-block-id=\"bb35c46\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Tre\u0107e, lo\u0161a postura, da se tako izrazimo, redukuje obim na\u0161ih fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti kao i efikasnost ali i vrijeme trajanja rada. Ovo posebno treba ista\u0107i kada je svakodnevni posao u pitanju, redovan trening a da ne pominjemo kada je trening vrhunskih sportista u pitanju.
